Our Home Specialist’s take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses. Our Home Specialist’s are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes:

• Washing hands regularly
• Disinfecting equipment between each job.
• Staying home when they are not feeling well.
• Wearing masks from start to finish
• Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate.

We service all homes and apartments within Island of Montreal. However, we're always expanding our team and the area we cover every day, so if you're not sure, try booking online or call us. We'll confirm in seconds. 

No problem! Simply give us 48 hours heads up before your appointment and we will gladly cancel or reschedule your clean to a time that works best for you.

No. Those discounts are reserved strictly for ongoing services. If you cancel after the first service you will be charged the difference in price. 

We work off of 1-hour estimated time of arrival windows so that we can structure our day effectively. This allows us to get to the next client all while navigating Montreal traffic and many other variables that take a toll on our time throughout the day (for example: eating and breaks!).

If you book for an 8-10am appointment our team will notify you of an exact time they will arrive or will directly be there between that 8-10am (estimated).

Our premium cleaning includes everything that was mentioned above. Our deep cleaning will focus on getting your baseboards to its original state, deep scrubbing of bathroom(s), clean air vents as well as extra time for detailed dusting and wiping throughout home. 

Deep Cleaning allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a Premium 2 hours clean.

Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.

You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for a Midóri cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist.

If for any reason we miss something or you are not satisfied with the service please reach out to us immediately so we can come back and make it right. All re-cleans must be done within 48 hours of the original clean.

Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Specialist.

No! We want you to have us come clean without having to “clean for your cleaner!” If you feel you absolutely need to do something it is helpful to have the space tidied up, beds made & laundry/toys picked up. There is absolutely no obligation to have anything clean before we come.

Yes, we include the baseboards in our deep cleaning service which is an Extra added on to normal cleanings. Our cleaners will take soft microfiber towels with our cleaning solution on them and hand clean the baseboards around the home.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Great question! Yes we are! Our business insurance is through Intact. We’re going to be keeping this answer nice and simple!

We do background checks on every single employee – that consists of criminal record check and a driver’s license check.

The most asked question out there! It’s no surprise! But, unfortunately there’s no set time limit. We like to take our time and pride ourselves on the quality of our work – so while we would be able to give you a baseline average number, we don’t want to be held to that.

We want the work to speak for itself. Depending on the size of the home and the amount of work required to clean, it will vary greatly. If you find us still scrubbing baseboards at 8pm, don’t hesitate to ask us to leave.
