What can the plan cover?
Floors and fabrics
Carpet extraction, upholstery, tile and grout, hard-surface scrubbing, floor stripping and waxing. Products and equipment are selected for surface compatibility.
Garages, glass and equipment surfaces
Garage cleaning, pressure washing, windows and accessible glass. Escalator treads, risers, side panels and glass, and elevator cabin surfaces are cleaned only under agreed safe access and equipment-isolation arrangements. No mechanical repairs or servicing.
Targeted disinfection
Agreed high-touch surfaces may be disinfected with suitable products. Specialist infection-control or regulated remediation needs require a separate review; no unverified certification is claimed.
