Deep cleaning and setup
Periodic deep cleaning and new-unit setup cleaning are separately scoped based on condition, furnishings and readiness.
Linen and condition reporting
Laundry and linen coordination may be included in the agreement. Completion photos, condition notes and issue follow-up document the visit where appropriate.
